Returns & Exchanges

At JAVA Coffee Roasters, we want you to love your brew; however, due to the perishable nature of roasted coffee, we can only accept returns on brewing equipment and unopened accessories within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team at orders@javacoffee.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Ensure that equipment is in its original, undamaged packaging and securely boxed to prevent any damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to the Roastery

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send your items back to our main roasting facility.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
